Over 14 years ago, we created the first version of our Sweet Heat Finishing Sauce, a recipe born from the heart and shared at family meals. When we moved from Upstate New York to Texas, we quickly realized that nothing like our sauce existed here—it was a missing flavor we knew we had to share with the masses. What began as a homemade staple became a mission: to refine and adjust our recipe so it could be scaled into larger batches without losing the soul that made it special.

That journey led us to crafting our Caribbean Heat Seasoning Blend, a bold mix that wowed our family and became the perfect partner to Sweet Heat. Together, the sauce and seasoning create a winning combo- one that transforms meals into experiences and delivers what we proudly call “The flavor you didn’t know you needed!”
